Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A FREE courtesy cleaning applies to the following:

• Unsatisfactory service must reported within 10 days of service and will receive a courtesy cleaning. 
• Courtesy does  not cover stains noted at time of service as permanent or wear and tear patterns. 
• We can not guarantee full odor removal but will re-apply deodorizer one additional time when necessary. 
• Does not cover any new stains, however a discount will apply as a courtesy. 
• Refunds only on incidents, not on service without proper chance of remedy.
• FLOORS WILL BE DAMP. CAUTION: DO NOT SLIP AND FALL. RISK OF INJURY. COMPANY AND CREW NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES.
